Outfund is a lending startup that leverages live customer data to automate underwriting and offer flexible repayment options. The model is designed to adapt to business performance, providing a sustainable approach to funding that supports feasible growth.
My role: First product hire to lead product
I joined Outfund in October 2021 as the first product hire and quickly took on the responsibility of leading all product initiatives. After my promotion to Lead Product designer in 2022, I hired and mentored two junior designers, expanding the design team.
My role involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. I also managed and coordinated the work of three frontend frontend developers, guiding the development process. Additionally, I contributed to frontend development, helping to implement the designs and improve the user experience.
